Richard is an organisational development consultant.  He began his career as a business analyst, then spent six years as an IT consultant, before adding an MSc in Occupational Psychology to his Masters in Public Administration.

At The Work Foundation he has designed and delivered bespoke programmes for SMEs seeking to establish or augment existing high performance cultures through improved leadership capability and management of their teams. He was responsible for BT’s online learning portal and the 360 degree feedback programme and at The Work Foundation he project manages 360 degree feedback for organisations using the tool to improve the effectiveness of leadership teams.
