Leadership Beyond Boundaries

Aimed at experienced leaders who are likely to have been in formal leadership positions for a number of years:

  • They will certainly be enthusiastic about the opportunity to enhance their leadership experience to date, and be challenged and stimulated by working alongside a diverse group of fellow leaders with different perspectives
  • They will recognise that there are better ways to make sense of the real life leadership challenges they face on both a day-to-day and longer-term basis

Executive Coaching

Anyone at any stage of their career can benefit from good coaching, and The Work Foundation recommends that organisations build strong coaching cultures.  Our Executive Coaching offer, however, is aimed at Senior Leaders in organisations, typically CEOs and Directors.  The coaching can focus on whatever leadership issues you are facing
